    comment:

Consider for a moment Leonardo colossus of fifteenth-century Italy and Giotto di Bondone, well, thousands of artists from those old days, they really are not sodistant history if we measure the full extent. But the art of music, the art of thetheater scene, the art of painting in various forms of expression, the art of makingfigures in all its dimensions, the art of magic, in short, the art itself this work done in the most rudimentary rock and perhaps never before seen, since the technique Ieven how to express openly tine difersos prente to contemporary wing, Today, however despite all the advances in art and if in science too, everything is more or very different, very different, because art is under enormous pressure, the art is done with a much more sophisticated technique where the artist only has tocontribute their talent, however this contemporary painting allows more access tothe naked, while the former does not.

The first person work was done in oils on canvas. Changed the way of applying the colors by decreasing the intensity of contrast, achieving unprecedented brightness, not seen in 19 century painting.

The second inherist the simplicity that avoids portraying the details too much. Rafael surprised by the clarity of its forms and he is simple and direct. Rafael's work enjoys personal style, far from the attention to detail.

  17. Van Gogh is from the late 19th century and Da Vinci is a Renaissance figure. Although they were from different period, but these two great artists do have some in common. For example, In their approach to art, both of them are very linear.

As for the approach they used in their works, Van Gogh and Da Vinci were totally different. Leonardo wanted to convey the scene or event that has been requested of him, but Vincent had no desire to convey any scene. Van Gogh wanted to express himself through his paintings which are very abstract and not easily rendered as images
of scenes or events. The biggest difference between Da Vinci and Van Gogh is that the later's work pulsates and demonstrates vigor. Da Vinc, however, used very subtle tones and strokes to create his art. No matter how difference in their approaches, both of them offer us the same thing which is the revelation of the inner consciousness at work within us.

Modernism in art introduced some formal changes, many cosmetic changes and a new way of understanding art outside the tradition.

  18. comparison between Fernando botero y Leonardo Da vinci

    Fernando Botero
The most peculiar feature of his creative personality, which makes his paintings easily recognizable, is its unique design and expression of the volumes, makes the protagonists of his paintings figures suffer an enlargement that is disproportionate to the small pictorial space that makes dwell.
The exaggeration of his paintings are a critical society sarcastic. Moreover, this painting of the ugly in combination with a great technical virtuosity, audible in the background of his painting works of Velazquez and Goya.
    Leonardo da Vinci
Leonardo da Vinci painted the Mona Lisa giving the effect of the smile disappears when viewed directly and only reappear when the view is set to other parts of the picture. The play of shadows enhances the sense of bewilderment that produces a smile. It is unknown whether or seems to smile if a smile full of bitterness. Also is known that he avoided mixing colors on a palette like his contemporaries did. Instead, he thin layers of paint applied directly to the fabric in different colors on top of each other to create a rich texture.

  20. In the following work. I am comparing the exposure of two works of art, one Johannes Vermeer (1632-1675) with his work (dress of delft) represent the classical art, the second work is the painter Edouard Manet (1832-1883) with his work (in the beach).

The first classical work shows the passion for the countryside as represented geometrically in the space around the city, you can see the realism which he enjoys the work, its nature with contrasting colors. This work is characterized by seeking an ideal beauty, which shows a landscape full of passion. and shows the passion of the painter mixing colors.

The modern work is a work that does not show very explicitly that passion to combine the colors, the work shows more reality without hiding the defects,
This modern work is more dramatic that reveals much irrationality,
looks like you play with the colors looking for a more ideal brightness and reducing contrast by placing his characters in planes demensional.

Pablo Picasso was born in Malaga, Spain on October 25, 1881. His father was professor of drawing and his name was Jose Ruiz Blasco, so he took the surname of his mother, Maria Picasso, to make him famous worldwide.
Edwin Parker Twombly Jr. was an American painter of abstract expressionism, also expanded its artistic horizons as a sculptor, artist and photographer.

In the work of Pablo Picasso called: Family at the seaside, 1922 You can see that is a work of art dominated the beauty of being and nature. Standing out above all in the beauty of the body showing that classical art is different from putting modern art works such as "Nine Discourses on Commodus." The author of this work was Edwin Parker "Cy" Twombly, Jr. This work has for property that is an abstract work made up of nine paintings, responds to a chaotic order to describe the political and social situation on Commodus. The gray background common to the nine paintings act as negative space on which is positioned a gestural and action painting whose narrative is based both on the concept lattice as the inclusion of words, numbers and calligraphy.

  24. The art can be compared in different ways, like all very subjective.
in this case for example we compared the Gioconda (Mona Lisa) by Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa with Fernando Botero, in the first leonardo da vinci evidence enigmatic woman, full of mysteries thin lips, squinting, absent eyebrows and eyelashes and large hands. Moreover Fernando Botero shows a woman with rounded features and quite voluminous, at first glance a bit out of reality, where I suppose I wanted to transform his work so famous in a particular way of painting and see the world.

  26. -"The Last Supper" by  Leonardo da Vinci"
-"The parasol" ( El Quitasol)By Francisco Goya
    Both works are amazing
1."The Last Supper" by  Leonardo da Vinci" is  a mural is  a beautiful work, where we can remember a fact of real life, which took place many years ago.
Leonardo used real people as models for the characters in the mural. He even portrayed himself, some people say that sometimes stood still holding the brush from dawn to dusk, painting constantly and forgetting to eat and drink. Other times it don't touched the brush for two, three or four days, but he spent several hours in front of the work, with his arms folded, quietly examining and weighing the figures.
    2. "The parasol" This painting is about a woman sitting on the ground, possibly resting from a long walk. She is dressed in French style, according the time period. She is holding a fan in her right hand, while a little dog is cuddled in her lap. The young man is holding the parasol (umbrella) in order to shade the woman's face.
I have to say that the firs work shows more effort, feelings…
I think that contemporary art is better than modern art, because, people dedicated more time, and the works has beautiful finishes.
We all see the art in different ways, for some art contemporary is better than others, while others don't think the same.

  28. da vinci comparing with (mona lisa) and Fernando Botero with (Adam and Eve)

Botero is distinguished by having their works voluptuous folkloric touches like that of Adam and Eve to take us out of the reality we have the original story, the bed with heels and a woman tries to tempt a man seducing him to commit any sin that as in the original story in this book where we interpret as a contemporary scene.
this is considered to be the most critical and satirical seeing it from the religious trait.

Comparing the previous escultor with this, we found that its form to create is different because:
(Miguel Ángel, Asturias March 1475, February 1564)The create a rhomboid than a square, was intended to counteract the effects, creates new artistic forms, have been in painting or in sculpture, he wants to back leave the time of year 1400, also the form is implanted to make art of a disciplined way and uniform.

  34. In my opinion the difference of ancient art with the contemporary is that the former has more artistic value of which previously had almost no empirical studies had, tools and advanced techniques, also defied the rules of morality imposed by some leaders, especially those imposed by the church and you could not tell a freedom of expression as it is today, and which people could be excommunicated or even death if they had the ideas and opinions mimas conservative the leaders of the day, and I think if it were not for those people who defied the rules of that era, making his sculptures and drawings of nudes would not eliminate the so-called taboos of the time and get to freedom of expression present.
Moreover there are now many forms of art, where each is to respect their freedom of expression but I think you can not compare a work of a landscape or an old body, in which the general public can easily interpret or at least know that shape is the painting while a work of abstract art of today's interpretation depends on prior knowledge besides knowing the profile of the edge because it can express feelings of the moment without having anything to do with the figure made, on the other hand contemporary art is being used a lot where these architectural works every time we descrestan more.

my opinion in the classical art (La Gioconda) of the Sistine Chapel expresses things more natural, realistic vision and selfless, where the artist shows an image, color, and others with the subtle touch of Greco-Roman culture, something excessively understandable and not abstract.
while modern art (Novecento) by Maurizio Cattelan express something without substantiation, that the only thing that is sought is to give an astonishing image but is not art, because everything referred to as geometric shapes that do not express any feeling, cartoon or culture traits and just combine things that are already made or just copies it.

The Vault of the Sistine Chapel was painted between 1508 and 1512 by Michelangelo and is one of the most complex paintings and most beautiful in the history of art, commissioned by Pope Julius II tells stories of Genesis from the end of the altar to the front door of the chapel over 500m2 of space, is the history of the world and mankind before the coming of Christ.
It contains religious art, with beautiful colors and details in each of the figures reflected there.

The Crucifixion is a painting done by the Spanish painter Salvador Dali in 1954, painted by the technique of oil on canvas and is preserved in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Mew York. It shows Christ witch an athletic boby and blood on the cross levitated, Dali's wife is portrayed at his feet gazing expectantly. This table uses a Baroque chiaroscuro.

In the work (Madame Recamier), we can see the inside of a scenario with a naked woman holding a artificial light. Although the work "paradise" there is also a woman who leaves naked (Eva) in this you can see more clearly that whoever was naked was a woman, in addition to the work (madame) is not understood very well what is it that one wants to express, in contrast to the other work shows us the sin of Adam and Eve.In addition this work has a good background it is clearly understood that it was in the forest that the events occurred, while the other image not refers to the place where is located the woman.

The work of Peter Paul Rubens, gives us a meaning and we illustrates how was the sin of Adam and Eve, while the work of René Magritte. Does not leave a clear meaning.

The first lies in the style of the portrait in the classical works are careful but the lines of the face, on the contrary in the contemporary not necessarily have a symmetry between the lines of the drawing.

likewise, the colors in the corresponding classical painting closer to reality the model which inspired the artist, while the contemporary are based on an interpretation by the author on his way to see jacqueline.

these differences in addition to being part of different painting techniques, are due to different moments in art history, influenced by the social, cultural and even political spanning the artist's environment.

La Gioconda or Mona Lisa, is a work of a woman's enigmatic smile and glance, the portrait of Lisa Gherardini, born in Florence in May 1479 and wife of Francesco del Giocondo, a wealthy silk merchant. The features that have been commonly considered the most striking in this painting are the eyes and the smile of the woman, her gaze is able to settle in all eyes, while her mysterious smile reflects sadness and happiness at the same time. Also, the figure contrasts with a flowing landscape background in which the distance is the bed of a river.

ART AS A MEANS OF EXPRESSION

All human actions are expressive, a gesture is intentionally expressive action. All art is expressive of the author and the situation in which you work, but certain types of art intended to move us through gestures plastic, wood or other item, and perhaps give that convey emotions and messages escape with an emotional charge. Such art is expressionist. A lot of art of the twentieth century, especially in Central Europe, has been of this kind, and assigned the label of "expressionism" (the same as a comparable trend in literature, architecture and music).

  67. VELÁZQUEZ (LAS MENINAS) - MERELLO (LA NIÑA DE CONSTANTINOPLA)

While Velasquez, a baroque artist, is more concerned with exaggerating the perfection of every detail of reality, Merello expressed in figures not very perfect and some scattered the eye of those feelings and a different way of seeing life.

The style of Velasquez was the gloomy naturalism, using a bright light and directed, thick impasto brushwork forms accurately modeled, and its dominant colors and flesh tones were burnished copper. Merello is defined as a street painter and propagates humility in the art world. Merello painting produces the actual contact with the imagination, an unusual still life with collages of paper along with the background color.
